Wellness Canada Announces Brand New Healthcare Cannabis Regulations

Natural Health Services supports their patients with new community grow effort.


16, 2016 – Health Canada recently announced that patients or a august designated caregiver will soon be allowed to cultivate cannabis that are medical house. Your choice was at reaction to the Federal Court of Canada’s choice in Allard v. Canada.

In reaction to those changes Natural Health Services, Western Canada’s biggest medical cannabis prescriber, is developing its own community grow program to guide its clients.

Dr. Stephanie Mason of Natural Health Services claims associated with changes, “We’re excited that the industry continues to offer further access that cbd is reasonable medical cannabis. The newest ACMPR regulations, although short-term, are one step into the right direction.”

Within their August announcement that is 11th wellness Canada managed to make it clear why these regulatory modifications are not area of the plan that is longer-term the legislation of access to cannabis, that is currently being determined included in the Government’s dedication to legalize use of cannabis.

The regulations that are new Canada’s medical cannabis system would be described as use of Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (ACMPR) and certainly will replace the current Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations (MMPR). The modifications will need impact on August 24, 2016.
